How do I return?
We hope you love your HFA purchase, however if anything is unsuitable or not as you had hoped we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Complete the returns form which you will find within your delivery package, place inside your parcel & then post to the address below

Simply complete all details on the Returns Slip, ensure you put your Order Number & Name on the form in the space provided.
Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the order value, less the original shipping, to the original purchasing card.

Conditions for return:
Items will be thoroughly inspected upon return and must be returned unworn and in good and saleable condition with original tags attached
Shoes must be returned in their original packaging with no signs of wear to the soles Please take extra care when trying on your items, as we cannot refund any items that are marked with makeup, fake tan, perfumes or etc.
Return Recommendations
HFA does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post. Therefore we would recommend returning goods via a recorded delivery service. Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of HFA. Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with. Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete. HFA does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
Return Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
As a small business, unfortunately we can not offer free returns - you are responsible for the shipping charges to return the items
How soon will I get my refund?
We aim to process returns ASAP and within 5 working days. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and confirmation if the return has been accepted. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please be aware that it can take your bank a further 2 - 10 working days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
Order cancellations
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders after 2 hours of placing. please email info@herfashionarmoury if you would like to request a cancellation if within 2 hours
